Located in the heart of Paradise, The Hall and The Boardroom offer an ideal venue with room availability seven days a week. If your date is free and you’d like to proceed, please EMT the non-refundable deposit ($100 for weekend evening; $50 other rentals) to HIACgive@hotmail.com and be sure to include your name and date of rental in the message section. The balance of the rental and a $200 damage deposit should be paid a couple of days in advance of your event. On the day of your event the Rental Coordinator will meet you onsite to sign the rental agreement, provide a key, etc. Further information can be found in the rental agreement. Click Here. Catering Coffee Matters is our exclusive caterer for The Hall. They provide all food and non-alcoholic drinks with the exception of prepackaged items not provided in the normal course of its operations (i.e., Potato chips, cheezies, candy, chocolate bars), cakes, and cupcakes. Children's Birthday Parties are also exempt from catering requirements and parents/ guardians can bring their own food items to the party.
